We’re looking for one lovely human to join the Meadow team as a Part-Time Seasonal Boutique Associate!
🛍️ Boutique Associate (Part-Time / Seasonal)
Pay: $12/hour
Schedule: Two weekday shifts per week, plus a minimum of two Saturdays per month.
This position will begin as seasonal through the holiday season, with the possibility of growing into a year-round position for the right person.
During our busy holiday season, Meadow has extended days and hours, so availability for some additional shifts is important. This may occasionally include evening shifts (approximately 4–7 PM) and select Sundays or Mondays.
🎄 A little note about holiday availability:
The days leading up to a holiday are some of the most fun — and busiest! — days of the year at Meadow. Because this is a seasonal retail position, availability during the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas is essential. We completely understand that the holidays are important family time, but we’re not able to accommodate vacations or extended time off immediately before Thanksgiving or Christmas. If you already know you’ll be unavailable during those weeks, this particular position probably won’t be the right fit.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Genuinely loves customer service and connecting with people
• Enjoys helping customers find beautiful, thoughtful gifts and home pieces
• Is comfortable learning (or already knows!) a POS system
• Can handle phone calls, gift questions, and day-to-day boutique tasks with ease
• Is comfortable opening boxes and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Is comfortable standing and being on their feet for most of the workday
• Has flexibility during the holiday season and is willing to help with extended hours when needed
• Brings a positive, can-do attitude and is happy to jump in wherever needed
